Well it looks like the best buy in store web site has been figured out and now it looks like after they where sued a few times they have now put a disclaimer on the in store site. Witch basically says that what is see on that site my be more than whats on the best buy web site. It also looks like Amazon.com has launched the public bata of there music serves it sounds good from what I was reading at engadet.com. Its DRM free as all these survis exseped I tunes I'm sure something will brake at apple and they will go DRM free.
