Well it looks like you can call lane line and cell phones with skype. It looks like if you sign up with a offer you can get it free for a little wile. Depending on the your offer depends on how long it is free. So go to the skype web site get it if you don't already have it sigh up for a offer and start calling phone lines and cell phones. I have one more thing to add I think it should be free I think maybe they could have use pick a offer cause I could deal with ad's if I can make free calls.
